Wittenberg University Saves Faculty Hundreds of Hours with SQL Integration

 

Wittenberg University, a four-year institution in Springfield, Ohio, selected Kore Technologies' Kourier Integrator to improve campus procedures for both students and faculty. The university integrated data from its Ellucian Colleague (UniData) system to a Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse in near real-time, which enabled faster and easier data access.

This has enabled Wittenberg to integrate with other third-party applications such as Microsoft SharePoint, Affinaquest Salesforce for advancement and their housing lottery system.

Now, students manage all of their housing options online and faculty members can access the data inside Colleague for administrative purposes.

The university has plans to use the data Kourier generates to "positively impact recruitment and retention outcomes."
